Grupo Zelaya ("we") operates https://tech.grupozelaya.com. We are based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number (optional), company (optional), the services you are interested in, your preferred call time (optional), your time zone and your message. For security we also process your IP address and a human-verification token.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, schedule a call and prepare a proposal. The IP address and verification token are used to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your request is saved in our customer relationship system, hosted on our own servers. Our team receives an internal notification when a new request arrives. Human verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not use your data for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser signals to confirm that a real person is sending the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are in contact about your project or working together, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@grupozelaya.com.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
